For people looking for someplace on the east coast there is the newly developed Greenbriar Ocean Aire Community in Waretown, New Jersey. This community offers all the great activities of an active retirement living community along with being located close to Long Beach Island where fishing, marinas, beaches, shopping and great restaurants are located. When it is complete there will be around 1500 home sites. These sites cost in the mid 300’s.
